About Us
In 1976 Burns Real Estate and Management Company was formed by Robert S. Burns, eventually growing to become Hare Burns and Osborne Real Estate-Commercial. In 1990, Burns was joined by his youngest son, Andrew R. Burns and in 1992, they dissolved the affiliation and organized Burns Properties, Inc.
Today, the company employs approximately 50 personnel in various areas of property management and the commercial and industrial real estate brokerage industry. Personnel with training through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Apartment Association supervise the management division. Many of the managerial staff have received designations through these two highly recognized organizations.
The
Brokerage Division, including sales and leasing of commercial and
industrial real estate, are all members of the National Association of
Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the Beaumont Board of
Realtors. In addition, an individual member of the Commercial
Investment Real Estate Institute with the coveted CCIM designation
oversees and manages the brokerage division.
Philosophy
The company philosophy has remained simple and consistent over thirty
years by "providing representation to each client individually through
honesty, professional ethics, hard work and remaining committed to
the client's best interest". The company believes that these basic
core values are what fuel the success of a well-built real estate
service company.
